Apply this patch and execute the lib_rm.sh script which removes the jar files that are resolved by ivy.
and any target that you execute ivy should take care of the dependencies...
ATM hadoop and hbase jars are resolved locally from the lib folder.

Hadoop jars are yet to be published to centralized repo.
So Im thinking about just resolving those libraries which ever is available in the centralized repo at the moment and track the missing libraries in a jira and resolve them when available in the centralized repo (exactly how we are dealing in hadoop)
