# Create a new role “ KEY_ADMIN”. Only this role will have KMS permissions (key management).
# This role will be available as a dropdown in Add user page.
# Create a default user “keyadmin/keyadmin” with KEY_ADMIN role.
This can be done similar to other admin users : admin and rangerusersync
# Provide ability to disable login. This can be done at the user detail page. Need to add a field in user and check this during login.
