XERCES com wrapper with MSXML

I want to deploy XERCES.dll as com component with my application. I'm not
sure the m/c where my application will be installed will have MSXML paraser
installed or not.

Do you think registering XERCES com dll on machine already with MSXML
parser, cam any way impact the already running MSXML parser client.
