Your new JIRA account may not have the old bugzilla password.




FYI,
after going through some more pages of JIRA "documentation", it appears
that your migrated account from bugzilla to JIRA will have the same name
and e-mail ID, but the password may need to be re-set.  You can click on
the "Forgot Password" link right under the "Log In" button on the JIRA home
page.
