Hi,

I've tried removing log4j for Cactus 1.5 from CVS and it works fine. Actually 
it should as we are using Commons-logging and if it were failing it would mean 
that commons-logging has a bug (but not cactus).

I'm closing the bug. Should you still have issues please try using a nightly 
build for Cactus 1.5.
