Repost: how to switch to Fulcrum

Hi,

I need advise about the steps to do to switch to the decoupled Fulcrum using
Turbine2.2b3. I couldn't find much in the list-archive.

I have done the following in tr.props:
services.ComponentService.name = fulcrum
services.ComponentService.fulcrum.classname = org.apache.fulcrum.Fulcrum
services.ComponentService.fulcrum.config = /WEB-INF/conf/Fulcrum.properties

What are the actual steps to do now to replace a turbine-based service with
a fulcrum-based one?
