Comment about JIT code generation for switch statement. Regardless of lookupswitch/tableswitch, JIT compiler generations native instructions suitable for data size/density (simple if-then, binary tree, or table lookup).
It would be good to see [this article](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/44988841/force-tableswitch-instead-of-lookupswitch).
