How to read jmeter aggregate report

Hi,

I wanted to understand how to read the JMeter
aggregate report. Is Average, Min and Max in seconds
or milli seconds? What does "Rate" imply? For example:

Count	Average	Min	Max	Error %	Rate

5	131	109	219	0.00%	22.8/sec

How to I read this? I know count means number of
users/threads, so does this mean a user gets a page
22.8 seconds? Also what does average, min and max mean
here?
