Upgraded demo server to Lenya cvs

The demo system at http://olr.kbs.uni-hannover.de:8888/ now reflects
Lenya from todays cvs.

I will try to keep it in sync with cvs. The installation also provides
kupu 1.1, but there is still a bit work to do on the css. The editor is
to small on some pages....
