Steps to reproduce:

        # 1. Create an account
        # 2. Using that account,create an instances
        # 3. Select the Source NAT IP  and configure the stickiness policy
        # 4. Delete account
        # 5. The corresponding stickiness policy should be removed
The stickiness policy is not removed.
