[users@httpd] rebuild apache.rpm possible...

I have an rpm installation of apache 1.3.27 and need to install ssl on
it.  I know that if I were building it from source I could use
--with-ssl=/usr/local/openssl, but what about when it's installed via
rpm? am I SOL?
