Lenya Install problem

I am new to Lenya.
I just installed Lenya source version with Tomcat5.0.
When I try to build (build.bat kupu), I get the following error.

Execute failed: java.io.IOException: CreateProcess: xsltproc error=2

BUILD FAILED
C:\src\apache-lenya-1.2.1-src\src\targets\kupu-build.xml:39: :
      ********************************************
      * Please install "xsltproc" to build Kupu. *
      ********************************************

Where can I find "xsltproc"?
Can Someone help me with this?.
