> This moves over HiveMetaStoreClient a few more remaining things that haven't been moved yet.  It also cleans up the mess I made of MetaStoreUtils.  I renamed the class in metastore to HiveMetaStoreUtils and left a few methods in there that could be moved.  Everything else has been moved to standalone-metastore/.../MetaStoreUtils.
