Delegation token

Hi,Does Sqoop support delegation token? How to get one? I have two users. User1 and User2. My use case is, User1 will launch job on behalf of User2. 
My idea was to pass delegation token of User2 to User1 so that User1 can launch the job.
I am referring to doc - https://sqoop.apache.org/docs/1.99.7/ but does not find anything.
