config.log didn't get attached AFAICT
APR 1.3.8 is the current released version of APR 1.x
Did you try --disable-dso? It is possible that some user of that platform will
have to contribute the necessary code to allow --enable-dso (the default),
unless there is a very minor issue which is breaking detection of DSO support.
