[VOTE] Scott Wilson as PMC chair for graduation

We need to nominate a chair for graduation. Only one chair has been
nominated and accepted so this would seem to be a formality...

Scott Wilson has been acting as a PMC chair since throughout
incubation. I therefore call a vote on Scott being formally recognised
as such upon graduation.

[ ] +1 Scott Wilson to become PMC chair upon graduation
[ ]   0 Neither for not against Scott Wilson as PMC chair upon graduation
[ ]  -1 Scott Wilson should not become PMC chair upon graduation because...

Oh, I thought he'd accepted (not searched to check). Of course if
Scott wants to refuse then we'll allow that (but Scott, I know how to
find you ;-)

Scott to ensure we don't have any confusion can you please accept or refuse.
