How can you change the default port so that you don't have to set it in every call?

The file "server-config.wsdd" is auto-generated when you deploy a service in the WEB-INF directory. It gives you the warning message because it is lloking for the file in WEB-INF/classes directory but it works fine for me even with the warning. So, I guess you can ignore the warning.
 
The connection refuse error is because the server ip or port is not default localhost:8080.
