Bug or missing feature

Hi!

[I hope this has came to right address.]

There are two jsp files attaced. One that is shown OK and one that
produces Internal servlet error by tomcat.

The jsp file is written in Windows-1250 encoding, the source includes
one letter that seems to make a problem: that letter is
small c with caron (the unicode character \u0269).

The content of error is also attached.
It says the reason is: String not terminated at end of line.
