Re: Regarding lower case tags

I'd be in favor of submitting lower-cased (and Tidy'ed) HTML where
possible. I've got a load of patches pending now for the apache-site which
bring the HTML up to XHTML1 strict, and fix a couple of typos I found in
the process...
