Created initial svn structure in revision 770099, see https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/chemistry

Requested project mailing lists in INFRA-2029.

Until the Chemistry mailing lists are ready, all svn commit and Jira update notifications will go to the respective Jackrabbit mailing lists.
