[Info] Release of Project POM 36

Hi,

I'd like to release our project POM 36. I have updated many plugin dependencies to the latest available versions, and bumped to ASF parent 18.

The tag is here:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/directory/project/tags/36/

The staging repository is here:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachedirectory-1107/

I'll continue to release the staging repository after the grace period of 4 hours.
