   ### Is your feature request related to a problem?

   ### Describe the feature you would like.

The process will not stop completely in the case of oom, but the timer thread of quartz may be recycled. At this time, the connection of the zookeeper cannot be re-sliced, resulting in the problem that the job sharding of the oom process cannot be executed. This can be solved by adding a monitoring or guard timer
