[C1] [PATCH] cache fix to use the headers

Hi,

The following patch makes Cocoon to look at the headers in addition to the
request parameters to determine whether a page should be served directly from
cache or recomputed.

The patch is against the official Cocoon 1.8 distribution.

To apply the patch go in the Cocoon directory and run:

$ patch -p1 < cache-fix-1.8.diff
