Please enable svnpubsub for http://synapse.apache.org/ the site folder is located in https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/synapse/site 

I have a question about doing the same for dist. I can already see SVN folder in https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/synapse/ - so does that mean this is already setup for synapse or would we have to setup a dist inside of https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/synapse/ ? If this is already done, we will continue to use the original location.
