[~chtyim] - now that we've got our https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/tephra, would you mind creating your preferred directory for the website as mentioned by Chris here[1]? Then reopen this so that infra can finish by adding it to pubsub - I think at that point, you'll be able to create the Apache Tephra website.
