[jira] [Resolved] (ATLAS-613) Allow configuration of host and port on which an Atlas instance should start

Madhan Neethiraj resolved ATLAS-613.
------------------------------------
    Resolution: Done

Atlas supports binding to a specific address, via configuration {{atlas.server.bind.address}}. The default value is {{0.0.0.0}} i.e. all addresses in the host in which Atlas runs.

> Right now, we cannot really specify the host and port on which an Atlas instance would start. This would be useful for many reasons:
> * It would prevent duplication of the different ways in which we can specify this information and make things consistent.
> * It would help in multi-homed machines to bind to a preferred address etc.
> This was raised as one of the review comments on ATLAS-511. Will fix this going forward
