Infra will upgrade minotaur.apache.org(people) to FreeBSD 9 in the near
future, and that will include upgrading the 'svn' binaries to 1.7.x.

If you do not have svn working copies you can stop reading now.

If you do:

- If any of your working copies is in the state where it wants
 'svn cleanup' to be run, run that command before the upgrade.
 (If you don't, you may have to obtain a fresh checkout instead.)

- After the upgrade, every working copy will require 'svn upgrade' to be
 run before the working copy is usable.  That is a one-time operation.
