Rescanning the httpd.conf file during the startup

Hello,

I am looking to rescan the httpd.conf file for additional processing after the initial scan is done during command handler. I am looking for right hook or any other way to accomplish this. Please help me if anyone has come across this / already accomplished it.

I would appreciate an earlier response on this.
