Looks like we picked up a FreeBSD 4.6 kernel patch to sendfile() which changes
its API, and causes asserts in sendfile_it_all to pop frequently.  We've got 4
coredumps so far.  I'm working on a quick-n-dirty APR patch to get rid of the
dumps.  Once that's tested and running, we need to discuss how to deal with it
long term.
