webservices.xml with CXF JAX-WS

Any idea how to configure the file webservices.xml with CXF JAX-WS? This file
is required to describe the services in the weblogic console.

If you're referring to JSR109 webservices.xml descriptor, that's not 
something you can expect CXF to directly deal with; it's most probably 
up to weblogic
