[apache/incubator-teaclave-sgx-sdk] Duplicated .edl files (#358)

The `edl/` and `sgx_edl/edl` folders contain the same .edl files. Why not just keep `sgx_edl/edl`  and delete the `edl/` folder?

The`edl/`folder is legacy, I will remove it in a later version.
