rsync (full to capacity|dos'd|down)?

is this just me, or is anyone else continuing to experience problmes
trying to rsync from www.apache.org ?

i tried earlier today, but to no avail.. but it still looks like
rsync maxconn limit is saturated at this time ==> 4:35 AM GMT?

	thank you,
-J

# rsync -rtlzvP --delete --exclude incoming www.apache.org::apache-dist /usr/home/apache/public_html

@ERROR: max connections (35) reached - try again later
rsync: connection unexpectedly closed (68 bytes read so far)
rsync error: error in rsync protocol data stream (code 12) at io.c(165)

Yep, looks like all available slots (35) were occupied by a badboy :(
Should be fixed now, thanks for the note.

Cheers,
Erik
