[RELEASES] Preparing for 16-rc2
Hi,
All opened PRs for delivery / NB16 have been merged. Assuming all is
green, I'll sync to the release branch and trigger a build later today
or tomorrow.
Please no merging to delivery until the post-rc2 sync to master is done.

Build completed the second time OK.
Sync to master is done. Merging to delivery for rc3 is open.

Hi,
Slight delay on rc2 as the build triggered yesterday timed out.
Have triggered a second. The problem is probably the upload time to nightlies.
If the current build also times out, we should consider whether we
reduce what is pushed there - source and binary zip probably enough.
Or I push those manually. NBMs probably not required there, or
platform.
