1. /self/savingsaccounts/\{accountId}/charges
2 /self/savingsaccounts/\{accountId}/charges/\{savingsAccountChargeId}
3./self/loans\{loanId}/charges
4 /self/loans/\{loanId}/charges/\{chargeId}
5. /self/clients/\{clientId}/charges
