   @ashb that is good! so only thing I'm unsure of - is there an input field when taking actions to record the message for these tasks? Or how is it to use this column and field? Is it that you need to add it to the task in a specific view but not have an option to do so when taking actions? 
   
   If that is the case, it feels the more conventional way would be to have the option to assign it to the task from when user clicks on options. And maybe this PR can be modified to do that. What do you think here?
