to configure the code slyle in file

.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.core.runtime\.settings\org.eclipse.jdt.ui.prefs

set the following properties:

- formatter_profile=_<profile_name>   profile_name can be found the the slyle file, profile element, name attribute

- org.eclipse.jdt.ui.formatterprofiles=<the content of the slyle file>

will find some time to code this up
