[PR] Make TaskCache#loadErrors more robust on parsing failure [netbeans]

- close stream on Exception
- handle lines with '-1,-1' coordinate
- log and continue on `NumberFormatException`
I didn't try to solve this with the pattern since `-` is used as range separator already. Negative coordinates should hopefully only occur for the -`1,-1` case. Recommend to switch on "ignore whitespace" on github since the arm block changed indentation.
