[jira] [Commented] (CARBONDATA-156) We are hoping to support the same table parallel load data

Ravindra Pesala commented on CARBONDATA-156:
--------------------------------------------

Current design of carbondata has some restrictions of parallel loading of data on table. It is mainly because of lack of concurrent support of global dictionary generation, table compaction and schema altering. We need to come up with a design to handle this scenarios concurrently. We will keep this in our road map for future support.

> We found carbondata table plus the global lock when load data, only one by one the load data .We are hoping to support the same table parallel load data. This improves load efficiency.
