Images are inserted and stored as urls. If the page that contains the image is
published, the link to the image still goes to the authoring area. 
(Since access control is bypassed for images by the BypassableAccessController,
the live page works without a user login.)

Did some more testing.
It happens only if an image is insert and oneform ist left directly after the
insert without any other editing.

The problem is that the sitetree of the transaction doesn't yet contain
references to any new documents that were uploaded during the transaction.

I added a workaround in revision 801597. Please verify, TIA!
