The URL given in the bug report
(http://www.w3.org/TR/speech-synthesis/synthesis.xsd) appears to be invalid.
A quick search yielded the following schema URL on W3C's website:
http://www.w3.org/TR/2002/WD-speech-synthesis-20020405/synthesis.xsd
I was able to download and compile this schema successfully Is this perhaps the
one you wanted?
Incidentally, I'm using a relatively current build of XmlBeans v1 + my patch for
BugZilla 25409 (which hasn't been applied to CVS yet).
If this helps, go ahead and close the bug. If not, go ahead and attach the
schema you're having trouble with.
