For the incubation of commons-rdf in the Apache Commons Sandbox, we request the creation of a new git repository called 'commons-rdf'. Please, mirror it to github too.

This are the committers who need karma in the new repo: 'andy', 'ansell' and 'wikier'.

Notice that Apache Commons is still using Subversion to manage the code. But this subproject has some specific needs that require git, so the project sees that as a good opportunity to build a better understanding of the tool in the community.
