Interesting binaries question on DBM providers

Beyond our still-built-in sdbm provider, I was looking at the others.

>From what I can tell, unless we want to ship an ancient flavor of bdb,
there's nothing that is licensed appropriately for the ASF to offer
any binaries from our download pages (and this includes apr as built
for httpd, of course).

Would folks mind confirming or contesting my impression?
