Description:
Install cluster
Enable HA
Register and install new stack version (HDP-2.2.1.0-2214)
Add new host with addHostWizard
Go to this host details page.
"Current Version" is empty

If cluster has both CURRENT and OUT_OF_SYNC host version, and we add a new host, only OUT_OF_SYNC host version is created (creating CURRENT host version is skipped)
