stray plugins in /trunk/rules/

GUys
I'm seeing:

sandbox-felicity.pm
sandbox-hstern.pm

in  /trunk/rules/

do we need them there? - I can't find anywhere they're being used.

comments?  delete?

Could very well be, and as both seem to be doing nothing useful, I'll 
investigate and make them become "history" someway or another.

Aren't those autocreated or related to rulesrc/sandbox since both of 
them have .pm files in there?
