[Bug 3806] Sys::Hostname::Long renames host to --fqdn when run as root

Does this only affect Sys::Hostname::Long (which is used by SPF) or also 
Sys::Hostname (which we use)? 
 
If both are affected, we should require the fixed version as soon as it's 
available. 
 
And somebody should tell the Mail::SPF developers (if they don't know yet) and 
they should do the same.  As soon as the new M::SPF version with the 
requirement is available, we should require at least that version of M::SPF 
(at least on Solaris).
