Hi,
I would like to work on this ticket. 

Looks like we need to update 
sql/catalyst/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/sql/connector/catalog/TableCapability.java 
sql/catalyst/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/sql/util/ChangelogInfoUtils.scala for CDC-enabled relations.
