[I] Rework the intellisense logic to determine the name space prefix [daffodil-vscode]

Rework the intellisense logic to determine the name space prefix. The logic to determine the namespace prefix needs to be re-worked. The utils module getNsPrefix doesn't always return the correct prefix. Fixes have been added to the attributeCompletion and element completion modules, but those changes should instead be incorporated in the getNsPrefix function.
