tomcat shutting down

           Summary: tomcat shutting down
           Product: Tomcat 4
           Version: 4.1.24
          Platform: Sun
        OS/Version: Solaris
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Major
          Priority: Other
         Component: Catalina
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: mark_mcwilliams@hotmail.com

I'm running on Solaris 9 sparc with j2sdk1.4.1_02. I run startup.sh
in $CATALINA_HOME/bin and all is well. As soon as I log out of my
unix session, tomcat dies and no servlets will work. I tried running
it nohup and in background, but same problem. I did the exact same install
on Solaris 8 without this problem. Also, I'm using mod_jk-2.0.43 - the apache
site does not have a later version binary of this for solaris.

Please help! I have convinced a federal gov't agency to use this and I need to
make it work.

Thanks
