No 3.4.0 rule updates since at least July 1st?

If ruleqa is using the age limits it was supposed to be changed to, to
match the limits used for score generation (ham = 6 years, spam = 2
months), and my data collection is working right:

Current non-spams: 103003
Current spams: 362124

Which puts ham under the minimum of 150,000 emails required to trigger
score regeneration.
