There is a working version based on CS 4.4.2 here: https://github.com/exoscale/cloudstack/commit/6ea81c158e671da919a84308e5e5e6b0286420b5

To merge it in the current CS, there's more work due to the refactoring in CS. I'll see if I have time to do it.
